Chef Manny’s Food Truck Menu

1. Shrimp Po'boy
Southern-batter fried shrimps served on a warm French bread topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and spicy chipotle sauce.
2. California Shrimp Quesadilla
with saute spinach, mix of cheese with chipotle aioli and topped with pico de gallo and sour cream.
3. Shrimp Tacos (3)
smothered shrimp with pico de gallo and Korean coleslaw.
4. Southern Style Chicken Tacos (3)
topped with Korean coleslaw and pico de gallo.
5. Steak Tacos (3)
served on warm flour tortillas; topped with pico de gallo and chipotle aioli.
6. Beer Batter Fish Tacos (3)
served on a warm flour tortilla with spicy coleslaw, pico de gallo, and chipotle aioli.
7. Cuban-Style Sandwich
sliced ham and shredded pork tenderloin, sliced pickle, Swiss cheese, spicy mayo with mustard grilled to perfection.
8. Grilled Vegetable Hummus Wrap
grilled onion, zucchini, squash, and spinach with ginger garlic sauce.
9. An all-beef Jumbo Dog
served on a warm Parker bun grilled with garlic butter topped with coleslaw.
