For more than 20 years, Chef Vincent Marra has held prestigious positions in world-class hospitality organizations. Certified as an Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation at age 27, Vince has split time between 5 Diamond Resorts, national chain restaurants, and hospitality consulting. He has now brought all that talent and experience to “the street” in the form of Gotta Have It food truck. He brings with him an eclectic, ever-changing menu and a fresh perspective on what can be done in a food truck.
His goal, as always, is to provide inspired cuisine and exceptional service.
