Our menu (and our name!) is based on the style of cooking popular in the Low-Country. Less of a flavor profile, and more of a way to approach food, we focus on using what is available to us, in our area, at any given time. Some menu items will be available year-round, while others will come and go with the seasons. We hope you enjoy the mix of flavors and products that Georgia has to offer!

Q Do you have options other than what is listed on your current vending menu?

Yes! We offer custom catering menus for all occasions. Our vending menu also changes with the seasons based on what becomes available to us through our farm suppliers.
